Return Policy

1. Returns

Because all products sold at Paradise Found Studio are make-for-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Defects may include the following:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong frame style

  • Poor construction

  • Poor reproduction quality — i.e. color, resolution

Damage from shipping is not considered a manufacture’s defect. See “SHIPPING DAMAGE” below for details.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at paradisefoundstudio@gmail.com with the order number, details of the product and the defect. Once the return is approved, we will provide a return authorization number, packaging and shipping instructions, and a shipping address.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

 

2. Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at paradisefoundstudio@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. See “RETURNS” section above for further details.

 

3. Shipping Damage

When goods are damaged from shipping mishandling, action must be taken with the freight company. If you receive a damaged shipment, take a photo of the outside of the package, the product damage as it looks inside the package and a close-up of the damage if it isn’t clear in the other photos. Send the photos to paradisefoundstudio@gmail.com with the order number, details of the product and the damage. We will reply back to you with further instructions on what needs to be done. The responsibility with filing a claim with the freight company lies with the receiver, but we will do our best to rectify the problem on your behalf.

4. Shipping

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
