“Last Supper”, by Kevin Pawlowski, is a watercolor painting over an antique etching by Gustave Doré. The painting is a beautiful rendering of the last supper, where Jesus and the twelve apostles share a Passover meal and break bread for the last time. It has a warm cast because the scene is lit by an oil lamp over their head, adding to the somber mood. Look into the eyes of Jesus and you can see the anguish, because he knows what lies ahead.

This is a one-of-a-kind work of art. The etching was removed from an antique book, and watercolor was applied over the image. The image area is 7.5” x 9.5”, and page size is 8.5” x 11”. It will look best displayed with mat and frame.
